our refund policy

The RAD Card is a non-profit program aimed at providing COVID-related relief to small local business owners during these difficult times. We are a 501(c)3 organization managing the RAD Card as a means to deploy CARES Act funds, American Rescue Act funds and donor funds in a way that is quick, meaningful, and alleviates cost to the businesses who are rebounding from a difficult global event.

Donor funds are GREAT and we are so grateful for them while they last. We hope you enjoy the donor dollar-for-dollar match when it is available. However, the doubling of funds is not guaranteed.

Even when the dollar-for-dollar match is not available, the RAD program is a great way to support local, and the value of your own funds loaded onto the downtown gift card app are not diminished.

Every refund or transfer costs money to the program which comes out of what would otherwise aid the businesses we are all trying to support. This cost is significant, and each refund or transfer request greatly diminishes the impact RAD Card makes in our communities.

Therefore, we are unable to process requests for transfers and refunds at this time.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, and we hope you will enjoy your RAD Card funds in the city for which you confirmed your selection.
